WOOLPORT- President Ferdinand Sealy held a press conference on national security in Woolonia today from the temporary seat of government. He revealed that with newfound information from intelligence, they can proceed with a very targeted attack on the stronghold of the Woolonian Traditionalist Rebels in coming weeks after legislative approval.
“I cannot risk revealing too much about our strategy and our plan of attack, but I can tell you, the public, what you deserve to know,” President Sealy explained. “Recent intelligence reports have helped us find some rebel strongholds in the central highlands of our country. We are planning a targeted attack to wipe out these strongholds and to take their leaders, alive, and to try to make sure no innocent shepherds and bystanders are hurt. We will likely be taking in others for thorough questioning.”
Interim Secretary of Domestic Security, Betsylyn Drummond, told PWN Woolonia that the strongholds are outside of Pastureville in the Pastureville Highlands, and the town of Sabara seems to be the rebels’ center of operations, but that no further information could be given. Roadblocks around the highlands, around Sabara, and around Pastureville have been set up and residents of the city, Sabara and the surrounding area are asked to be on high alert, as Operation Good Wolf begins in coming days.
